The second of four major award ceremony was held on the New Year’s day, with Kay Tse and Khalil Fong running out major winners. Chik Chak 903 Ultimate Song Chart Awards is organised by the Commercial Radio Hong Kong as opposed to Jade Solid Gold, which is TVB’s baby. Some notable singers that were left out this year (surprisingly!) includes Janice Vidal, Denise Ho, Vincy Chan, Justin Lo and Raymond Lam.
